All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed. We do our best to ship your purchase as soon as your payment has cleared, including at weekends.

no.1 : We offer 5 to 14 day air mail shipping (though this can often be a lot quicker) and a competitively priced EMS/DHL/Fedex/UPS service. Air mail is calculated per 10g, starts from 2USD including handling and package fee.

no.2 : International delivery does not mean expensive, we ship by Hongkong postal service to provide a reliable and valuable delivery. Parcels are calculated per 100g, from $2.16 only （including handling and package fee）.

Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses.

For high value products, we may require verification of address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

Insurance

We offer optional insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.

Reception

With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can’t be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

Return Policy

We guarantee to replace faulty goods. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.
