Warranty Statement

Emartee guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product. If Customer has any problems with any executed purchase order, please contact with us within 60 days from the date of shipment.

Warranty Period

Emartee will provide economic effort to replace or repair the product free of charge if the defects are caused due to reasons related to raw materials, designation, or manufacturing process.

Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, we offer the following options:

Return for Refund or Exchange (Unopened)

Eligibility: You can return for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product,  the product remains unopened.

Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging, including a receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for return.

Note: If you are returning a product for a refund, you need to pay for shipping . If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for all associated costs.  Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return/exchange is due to an error on our end.
